After Multnomah Fall we had a little picnic lunch in the forest then we packed back up and headed out for the next waterfall. We ended up hiking to Bridal Veil Falls which was awesome! There were 2 levels of waterfalls and they looked amazing. The hike was quick and easy, even for the kiddos and we carried the babies the entire way as well. The falls looked great and the hike was simple and easy, it was well worth it and it was a great experience.

Multnomah Falls
The wifey and I packed up the kiddos on Friday afternoon and headed down south to Portland. We booked a hotel last minute and spent the night there. The next morning we met with our family that lives just outside of Portland and we headed east to the Gorge.
The drive was beautiful and so were the views. We had a great time exploring quite a few waterfalls along the Columbia River. The biggest of them all is Multnomah Falls. We ended up hiking for quite awhile and were up top overlooking the waterfall and the river, it was beautiful. The kiddos did really well on the hike since we ended up going further than we had expected. Overall it was beautiful and the weather was awesome as well. Hiking with kids really isn't that bad. They just need some motivation and a little prize or treat at the end.

Cause I'm a Father
Father's Day 2015 was a success. We had a busy weekend so we were relaxed on Sunday. We went to church where the kiddos sang to all of the fathers, they gave us cookies too! We had a great dinner with some friends of ours and I even got a new pair of Birkenstocks to complete my Pacific Northwest Dad look and feel. Being a father is the best! Happy Father's Day 2015!
