Manresa Castle

Occasionally for my work I get to travel.  This time I ended up north on the peninsula in Port Townsend, WA.  The family and I have spent a weekend here before and loved it. It's a cool Victorian town on the water with amazing views.  There are a few small hotels on the water, but I wanted to try something new so I found the Manresa Castle.  As I looked up more details about the castle online and on Instagram I knew I wanted to stay there.  They say the castle is haunted and I wanted to have a cool experience, so that is what I did.  The decor was vintage and unique.  They have a self guided tour that you can take and the grounds/gardens were beautiful as well. 
I did not see any ghosts, but I did take snap chats (follow me at pacificnwdad) videos of me walking all the halls of the castle and seeing if anything weird would happen.  Nothing too scary did happen to me, but this weekend the castle will be on the tv show Ghost Adventures.  Overall it was a great experience and something different that I thoroughly enjoyed.
